BBattlecard Hub Back

Terms of Service

Effective September 16, 2026

These terms apply when you use Battlecard Hub, including the web app at battlecardbuddy.revopsolutions.com and the Battlecard Buddy Chrome extension (together, the "service"). The service is built and operated by RevOpSolutions ("we", "us"). We've tried to keep them short and fair. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

Summary in plain English

  • Your battlecards and notes belong to your organization. We only use them to run the service, and we don't use them to train AI models.
  • The service is currently free. We won't charge you without your agreement.
  • AI answers can be wrong — check them before you rely on them.
  • You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
  • We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before material changes to these terms take effect.

This summary is here to help. The full terms below are what apply.

1. Agreeing to these terms

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Battlecard Hub is a business tool. You must be at least 18 years old to use it. If you use it on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization, and "you" includes it.

2. Accounts and organizations

  • Each account belongs to one organization. The admins of that organization control who can join, what role each member has, and can remove or delete members' accounts.
  • Keep your sign-in details secure and don't share your account with anyone else. You're responsible for activity on your account.
  • Let us know promptly at privacy@revopsolutions.com if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
  • Provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.

3. Your content

"Your content" means the battlecards, competitor details, tags, field notes, flags, deal outcomes and anything else you or your organization add to the service.

  • You own your content. These terms don't transfer any ownership to us.
  • You give us a limited permission to store, copy, process and display your content only as needed to provide, secure and support the service for your organization — for example, to show cards to your teammates or answer an Ask AI question.
  • We don't use your content to train AI models, and we don't use it in our marketing without your permission.
  • Your organization is responsible for its content, including making sure it is accurate and that you have the right to upload it.
  • New organizations start with a few example cards. You can edit or delete them whenever you like.

4. AI features

Features like Ask AI and Generate with AI use Google's Gemini API to produce answers and drafts from your organization's own battlecards and the information you enter. AI output can be incomplete, out of date or simply wrong. Review it before you rely on it or share it with a customer. How information is handled when you use these features is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. The Chrome extension

The Battlecard Buddy extension is part of the service, so these terms and our Privacy Policy apply to it. It reads page text only on the sites listed in the Privacy Policy, and that text is processed on your device. Updates are delivered through the Chrome Web Store, and your use of the store is also subject to Google's terms.

6. Acceptable use

When using the service, please don't:

  • Upload or share anything unlawful, defamatory, or harmful.
  • Upload information you don't have the right to use, such as another company's confidential information obtained improperly.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the service, or overload or disrupt it (for example, with automated bulk requests).
  • Try to access another organization's data, or get around security or access controls.
  • Share your account or sign-in details with others.
  • Create a share link for a document you don't have the right to send outside your company. Anyone holding a link can open that file.
  • Use the service to break any law or anyone else's rights.

7. Fees

Battlecard Hub is currently provided free of charge. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance, and nothing will be charged unless you choose a paid plan and agree to its price. There are no hidden fees.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It forms part of these terms.

9. Availability and changes to the service

We work hard to keep Battlecard Hub running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we don't guarantee any particular uptime. We may improve, change or retire features over time. If we plan to remove a feature that materially affects how you use the service, we'll give you reasonable notice in advance where we can.

10. Ending your use

  • You can stop using the service at any time. You can delete your account in Settings, or email us at privacy@revopsolutions.com and we'll do it for you.
  • Organization admins can remove or delete the accounts of their members.
  • We may suspend or close an account for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, or where required by law. Where reasonable, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix the issue.
  • When an account is deleted, its data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we don't make promises beyond those in these terms, including implied promises about fitness for a particular purpose. Battlecards are written by your organization, not by us, and nothing in the service is legal, financial or other professional advice.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows:

  • Neither you nor we will be liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost deals or lost data, arising from these terms or the service.
  • Our total liability for any claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100.

These limits don't apply to fraud or willful misconduct, or to any liability that can't be limited under applicable law.

13. Responsibility for your content

If someone brings a claim against us because content you uploaded infringes their rights or breaks the law, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim. This applies only to content you uploaded, not to anything we did.

14. Changes to these terms

If we make material changes to these terms, we'll let you know by email or in the product at least 30 days before they take effect, and we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. If you keep using the service after the changes take effect, the updated terms apply. If you don't agree with them, you can stop using the service and close your account.

15. Governing law and disputes

If you have a concern, please email us at privacy@revopsolutions.com first — most issues can be sorted out quickly and informally. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which RevOpSolutions has its principal place of business, and any dispute will be handled by the courts located there. Nothing in this section takes away rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the place where you live.

16. General

  • These terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the service.
  • If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
  • If we don't enforce a right straight away, we haven't given it up.
  • You may not transfer these terms to someone else without our agreement. We may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the service, and your rights under them will continue.
